Bid Announcement

The Venango County Land Bank is currently accepting bids for parcel 16,042.-146..-000, 0.06 Acres of Vacant Land, 109 Harriot Avenue, Oil City, PA 16301.

Minimum Bid is $5,000.00.  

The deed will be prepared and recorded by the Venango County Land Bank at the expense of the winning bidder.  Transfer taxes will also be the responsibility of the winning bidder.  These additional expenses will be added to the minimum bid (not included in it).

TO BID:
Please submit a letter stating your bid amount and describing your future intent for the property including your time line for the improvements to the property. The letter also has to state that you are current on paying any taxes owed to taxing bodies and do not have any outstanding municipal utility bills. Also, you need to state, that you do not have any housing code violations against you under local codes.

The deadline to submit your bid is December 14, 2023 at 10:00 A.M.  The public bid opening will be held during the Venango County Land Bank meeting on December 14, 2023 at the Venango County Courthouse Annex, Conference Room 100 starting at 1:00 P.M. 

 The Land Bank reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
