    September is National Recovery Month! Recovery month spreads a positive message that behavioral health is essential to overall wellness. Prevention does work, treatment is effective and people can and do recover. Join us for fun, food, resources for mental health and substance use disorder recovery, and hear messages of recovery.

  2. Sunny Day Camp by Pennsylvania State Police

    September 28, 2019, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM @ Edinboro University

    The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop E – Erie, together with Edinboro University, will hold their the 3rd annual Sunny Day Camp at Edinboro University. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. (limit 200) and the camp will be held rain or shine. This is an inclusive camp for any child or adult of special needs who reside in the Troop E area of Erie, Crawford, Warren and Venango counties. Morning activities include an opening ceremony and static displays of first responder vehicles, followed by lunch. Afternoon activities include a variety of games and events of various skill levels from which participants can freely choose. A t-shirt is also provided to each participant. This camp is free and is funded by donations under the non-profit organization Boosters of Camp Cadet. All participants must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver for the duration of the day.
